Ordering: You may place an order by phone any day , 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Orders Only are accepted by fax anytime, other inquiries must be made by phone. Orders are accepted by mail and E-Mail also. Fax, mail, and E-Mail orders must include a return address, FAX, and / or phone number. The Total price should be confirmed ahead of time to avoid delays due to price changes. Orders by phone may be recorded for accuracy and to prevent credit card fraud. E-mail requests: All e-mail correspondence is saved by Glennis Aircraft, and will be referred to if necessary. E-mail IS NOT a guaranteed science - if you want to make certain your request / question is received and answered, you should inquire by phone. Glennis Aircraft is not responsible for e-mail that is lost or misdirected. Glennis Aircraft is unable to sent photo's, drawings, etc. via e-mail due to our high volume of e-mail requests. Manufacture: Some orders May Exceed this time if they do not meet standard production sizes, styles, etc., or if delays in manufacture are encountered for any reason. Specifications on products may change at any time with no notice or obligation to update prior purchases/products. Foreign Orders: FOREIGN CUSTOMERS must pay all customs charges, import taxes, or any related fee required by their country or shipping company. Foreign customers are welcome to E-mail their order, as this assures that the correct address is received. Orders may be E-mailed, with the payment information phoned, if you prefer. Glennis
Aircraft DOES NOT "devalue" the actual price on Customs forms
or other documents. This practice does not allow us to
insure the package for its actual value.
Due to frequent fraud, foreign customers may be asked or required to
pay by means other than credit card. Returns: There is a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling for authorized returns. Authorized returns may be made for store credit only, not cash refunds. Items available for return/store credit may vary and are limited in scope. The customer must request and receive from Glennis Aircraft, in writing prior to purchase that the item is exchangeable. Payment: ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. Payment may be made by Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Check, or Money Order. All orders paid by check will be held until the check clears. NO C.O.D. ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. "Custom" or "One Off" orders made to customer specifications require payment by Cashier Check (issued by a bank) in advance of manufacture. Glennis Aircraft no longer
accepts payment by Wire Transfer. Shipping: Customers who return items for repair or inspection agree to pay return shipping/handling fees and any necessary taxes associated with the return shipment. Orders are filmed on security cameras to insure their contents, and completeness. Responsibility: Glennis Aircraft is not responsible for orders after they are shipped from our facility. Glennis Aircraft maintains a logbook with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to show proof that Foreign Orders were shipped. Shipments with United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and other shippers have tracking numbers assigned to them, that prove the order was shipped. Delays in receiving an order due to a loss or delay in shipping is not the responsibly of Glennis Aircraft. Please note that many products are not "stock" items, and will not be shipped immediately. Customer request for tracking information may take up to 72 hours due to our heavy shipping volume. Replacement orders for lost or damaged items are not started until payment is received from the shipping company. Damaged Shipments - Repairs - Replacement Parts: Damaged shipments should be taken up with the shipping company . DO NOT return the merchandise to us as this will jeopardize your/our chances of placing a claim and receiving the proper credit. Items damaged during use or needing replacement parts can be returned for repair after calling Glennis Aircraft to authorize their return. Unauthorized packages will be denied, and not accepted. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF LABOR, PARTS, AND RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING. There are no repair options for Glennis Aircraft products that are modified or changed in any way, or that are our of date to current designs / specifications. Volume Discounts: Warranty Information: Glennis Aircraft provides a limited warranty on all products. Products manufactured by Glennis Aircraft carry a limited "30 days from delivery" warranty against manufacture defects, with the exception of:
There is no warranty for Glennis Aircraft products that are modified or changed in any way, or that are our of date to current designs/specifications, or that have been damaged during any type of use or model set up. Glennis Warranty only pertains to original purchaser of products, not to parties who receive products "second hand" (even if purchased as new), or who purchase products through another party or organization. During the warranty period, Glennis Aircraft reserves the right to repair or replace the product as necessary. Customer must call and discuss situation and receive permission to return any product for any reason. Advertising Disclaimer: Glennis Aircraft is not under obligation or requirement under any circumstance to produce any product advertised or shown. Our product lines change rapidly, due to the unstable market in the modeling industry. Although not common, a product may be discontinued when the model it was for is no longer popular, or in production. If using a Glennis Aircraft products is going to be a deciding factor in a project, call and confirm that it is still available. furthermore: Glennis Aircraft is not under obligation or requirement under any circumstance to update the contents of any advertising materials, including:
